1. SIGNING UP & INFORMATION CALL
To receive information about our rent to rent service you must first enquire for a phone call.

2. Consultation Call / Viewing
Our Team will have a 15 minute phone call with you, this will help us to get to what it is you are looking for.
We would also run through some of the property details you would like us to take on and organise a viewing if the property is a fit to our criteria.
3. Securing the Property
Once we have viewed the property and carried out any research on the area and property itself, we will be able to make you an offer.
If you wish to proceed with this offer we will then get contracts drawn up and signed before taking the keys.
4. Making The Money
Once all of the above has been completed, you will be able to sit back, relax and watch your money come in every month, with no hassle.
