2. WORK OUT WHAT IT IS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

Once you are on the phone with one of our team, we have an opportunity to work with you to find out what your perfect property deal would look like. This is your opportunity to ask us questions, get to know us, plan out an investment journey and understand our deals.

3. WATCH YOUR EMAILS

Once a property is found and we know it has potential we need to conduct our due diligence and secure the property. We will never put a deal in front of you that is not ready to go. In order for you to decide if the deal is the right one to invest in with us, all the figures will be substantiated and where possible, exclusivity granted. Every deal is different and as such deals will be presented at different stages of the conveyancing/tender/planning process.

4. SIGNING THE DOTTED LINE

When a deal is sent to you that matches your requirements, follow the instructions on the email to get more information and agree the terms of the deal.
Bespoke contracts will then be drawn up and taken care of for you
